Apple Soon Releases HomePod 2 With Sophisticated Screen And Technology, Will Change Everything!
JAKARTA - After launching HomePod 2 in early 2023, Apple is again at the center of attention with interesting rumors about a new HomePod model equipped with a screen. These rumors reveal two main concepts: a more traditional smart screen and advanced table kits with robotic arms.
According to renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple's smart screen product will have a 7-inch LCD screen, similar to Amazon Echo Show. This device will be perfect for FaceTime calls, control smart home accessories, and interact with Siri. Apple has tested tvOS on the iPad mini, showing that a similar screen size will be used for this product.
Last month, MacRumors discovered an unreleased device called HomeAccessory17.1 in Apple's backend code. This device is likely to use an A18 chip that will debut with the iPhone 16. If the HomePod with this screen uses the A18 chip, it will support Apple Intelligence, providing a major improvement to Siri.
Bloomberg's Mark Gurman revealed the possibility of a smart iPad-like screen that can be installed magnetically on the wall. Apple may also develop an additional accessories ecosystem, such as a magnetic speaker mount, similar to Google Pixel Tablet.

Apple has long been rumored to be developing a new operating system called homeOS. Recently, homeOS references were found in tvOS 17.4. New HomePod products with screens are likely to combine this branding.
After canceling the Apple Car project, Apple shifts its focus on home robotic products. One of the interesting products is a robotic table device with a screen, which can follow the movement of the user's head during FaceTime. However, Apple is still considering whether the market is ready for this advanced product.
Apple is clearly investing heavily in smart home products. We will likely see their latest development in the near future. Apple is also experimenting with HomePods with circular LCD screens on board, signaling that this innovation is in the advanced stages.
