Kim Jong Un Calls For More CLOSE Military Relations Of North Korea-Russia

JAKARTA - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un called for closer and "firm" relations between his country's military and Russia as a significant diplomatic measure.

The invitation was expressed at a meeting with the Russian military delegation led by Deputy Defense Minister Aleksey Krivoruchko.

As reported by ANTARA from Anadolu, Kim stressed the importance for the military of the two countries, linked by the long-standing tradition of history and the militant bond, to unite more strongly to lead the dynamical DPRK-Russia relationship in the new era and play an important role in defending regional and global peace and international justice," state media reported on Friday, July 19.

During the meeting, Kim and Krivoruchko highlighted "the importance and need of military cooperation between the two countries to defend common security interests."
