Golkar Issues Recommendation Letter 10 Cagub-Cawagub Pilkada 2024
JAKARTA - The Golkar Party issued a recommendation letter for ten pairs of candidates for governor and deputy governor for the 2024 Pilkada.
Golkar juga menerbitkan 21 surat keputusan untuk kabupaten/kota dan 20 surat instruksi untuk kadernya yang maju di Pilkada 2024.
Golkar Party Deputy Chairman Ahmad Doli Kurnia revealed that ten recommendation letters for cagub and cawagub were addressed to pairs that had finally advanced in the gubernatorial election in November. First, the Bobby Nasution-Surya pair in the North Sumatra Pilgub.
"The North Sumatran regional head, Bobby Afif Nasution, is paired with Mr. Surya, who was promoted by the Golkar Party, his cawagub, Mr. Surya. Mr. Surya is the current regent of Asahan district, the chairman of the Asahan city district deliberative council," said Doli at the Golkar DPP office, Slipi, Jakarta, Thursday, July 18.
Second, the Rohidin Mersyah-Meriani pair in the Bengkulu gubernatorial election. Meriani is a Gerindra Party cadre, while Rohidi is the chairman of the Golkar Bengkulu DPD.
"Third, Riau. We carry Syamsuar as cagub, chairman of the Golkar Party DPD paired with Mawardi from PKS," said Doli.
Fourth, the Raudatul Jannah-Akhmad Rozanie Himawan pair in the South Kalimantan gubernatorial election.
"Fifth, we support the incumbent pair Pak Sutarmidji, the governor who yesterday paired with his deputy governor from the Golkar Party, Ria Norsan," continued Doli.

Ninth, Golkar carries the couple Rudy Mas'ud-Seno Aji in the East Kalimantan gubernatorial election. Tenth, the couple Khofifah Indar Parawansa-Emil Dardak in the East Java gubernatorial election.
"Well, so those are some names that we have decided," said Doli.
