JAKARTA - Russia and Ukraine have each exchanged 95 prisoners of war, which is the latest exchange after the United Arab Emirates acted as intermediaries, Russia's Defense Ministry and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said.
As reported by Reuters on Wednesday, July 17, Russia's Ministry of Defense, in a statement on the Telegram messaging app, said Russian troops returning would be flown to Moscow for medical examination and physical and psychological rehabilitation.
It was explained that the troops who were released faced a "dead danger" in Ukraine.
