7 Suspects Of Budget Corruption At Mukomuko Hospital Immediately Undergo Trial
BENGKULU - The Prosecutor's Office has transferred a corruption case in the management of the Mukomuko Regional General Hospital (RSUD) budget with seven suspects to the Bengkulu Corruption High Court.
"Previously, investigators delegated a corruption case in the management of the RSUD budget to the prosecutor, then the prosecutor transferred it to the Bengkulu Corruption Court on Monday (July 15)," said Head of Intelligence at the District Attorney's Office (Kejari) Mukomuko Radiman in his statement at Mukomuko, Bengkulu, Wednesday, July 17, quoted by Antara.
He said the Public Prosecutor handed over as many as seven suspects in the corruption case in the budget management of the 2016 to 2021 budget Mukomuko Hospital.
The seven suspects in the management of the Mukomuko Hospital budget for the 2016 to 2021 fiscal years are the former Director of RSUD for the 2016 period 2020 initials TA; the former Treasurer of Expenditures at RSUD 20162019 initials AF, and the former Head of Finance at RSUD 20182021 initials AT.
Furthermore, the former Head of Medical Services at the 2017 2021 Hospital with the initials HI, the former Head of Treasury and Verification for Finance at the 2016 '2021 Mukomuko Hospital, the initials KN, the former Treasurer of the 2020'2021 RSUD Expenditure, the initials JM, and the former Head of Finance at the 2016'2018 Hospital with the initials HF.

In addition to handing over seven suspects and evidence, the Public Prosecutor also prepared charges against these suspects. "The trial schedule is still waiting from the court when the trial starts," he added.
Regarding the process of delegating corruption cases in the management of the Mukomuko Hospital budget from the first to the second stage, it took quite a long time, he explained that this happened because of the large number of files and evidence.
"There are thousands of files that must be compiled one by one, but in the process of handling this case, investigators use a maximum detention period of 120 days," he said.
Regarding the alleged other parties involved in the RSUD corruption case, he said his institution would see evidence at the trial later.
According to him, the state loss in the alleged corruption case in the management of the Mukomuko regional hospital budget (RSUD) for the 2016-2021 fiscal year amounted to Rp4.8 billion.
In the case of state losses amounting to Rp4.8 billion, namely spending is not implemented or fictitiously amounting to Rp1.1 billion, accountability spending is higher than expenses that swelled by Rp490 million, and expenditures that are not equipped with a road order (SPJ) of Rp3.1 billion.
