Trump Considers 'Project 2025' To Take Too Much Action On Abortion
JAKARTA - Former President of the United States (US) Donald Trump said Project 2025 acted "too far" in terms of abortion. Trump quipped conservative groups who had the idea.
"I don't know what it is. A very conservative group of people gathered and wrote a list of wishes, many of which I don't fully agree with. The action was too severe, such as abortion, for example. They have a strong view of abortion," Trump said in an interview with Fox News. reported by CNN, Monday, July 15.
Trump is in the form of distancing himself from conservative blueprints for the next Republican president to cause many setbacks in his candidacy for the White House.
Although Trump admits he doesn't know what group it is or who is behind it, CNN review found 140 people working for him involved.
Trump, who has always fought for his role in appointing conservative Supreme Court judges who canceled Roe v. Wade, said he said abortion should be left to the state to make laws.
