2 Youths Perpetrators Of Stabbing In Cianjur Arrested, The Emotions Of Victims Of Car Geber In Front Of The House
The Cianjur Resort Police, West Java, arrested two young SLM (24) and SPL (21) perpetrators of stabbing the victim Randi (24), a resident of Cilaku District, which caused the victim's ear to almost break.
Cianjur Police Chief AKBP Aszhari Kurniawan said the two perpetrators who forgot about the residents of one village with the victim in Cibodas Village, Sirnagalih Village, Cilaku District, were arrested on Sunday (14/7) after the victim's family reported the abuse to the police.
"Officers were immediately deployed to pursue and arrest the two perpetrators who were arrested at their respective homes without a fight," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, July 17.
From the hands of the two suspects, officers secured two sharp machetes and samurai that were used to persecute the victim, resulting in serious injuries to the right ear which almost broke down by SLM's sharp weapon.
The results of the examination of the two admitted that they were provoked by emotions because the victim had rushed a car in front of the perpetrator's house, so the two of them with sharp weapons chased the victim and carried out persecution until the victim was taken to Cianjur Hospital due to the injuries suffered.
"Currently, both of them are still undergoing examination in the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cianjur Poles. Both of them will be charged with Article 170 paragraph 2(2) of the Criminal Code and Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 with a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison," he said.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cianjur Police, AKP Tono Listianto, said that the stabbing carried out by the perpetrator, who had been a young man from one village, had clashed several times, the last time the victim was abused by the perpetrator with a sharp weapon because he ran his car in front of the perpetrator's house.
"Both of them admitted their actions because they were provoked by emotions by the victim's actions, so they chased the victim and immediately threw a sharp samurai weapon, while the perpetrator of the SPL admitted that he only threw a blow," he said.
However, both of them still have to be held accountable for their actions because as a result of their actions caused the victim to suffer serious injuries to the ear which almost broke. "The perpetrator is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of 10 years," he said.
