Polda Metro Gerebek 'Gugang' Sabu In Tangsel
Polda Metro Jaya raided a rented house that was used as a place to store drugs in the South Tangerang area. As a result, two people were arrested and 20 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine were confiscated.
"We got 2 men related to the narcotics crime problem," said Director of Drug Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Donald Parlaungan, to reporters, Thursday, July 11.
However, the identities of the two perpetrators were not conveyed in detail. It is only said that one of them has the initials AM, who is an elderly person.
Donald said the raid started from the information obtained some time ago. Then, explored and obtained instructions for a transaction plan.
"So that at 19.30 we received information that the two perpetrators of this narcotics crime will carry out drug transactions of the type of methamphetamine," he said.
"So earlier, our officers from the Directorate of Drug Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police made arrests," continued Donald.

From the raid, about 20 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine were confiscated, which was developed like Chinese tea. Regarding its origin and circulation, it is said that it is still in the process of being investigated.
"So in total, there are approximately 20 kilograms. So this is still being investigated first," said Donald.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya also raided a rented house in the Parung Serab area, Ciledug, Tangerang City, Monday, July 1.
From the raid, 72 kilograms of methamphetamine were confiscated. In addition, the police also arrested two perpetrators with the initials R (29) and A (19).
