Malaysian Parliament Reveals High School Students In Kelantan Many Consumption Vape 'Magic Mushroom', Investigation Held
JAKARTA - The Kelantan Government in Malaysia will conduct an investigation regarding the results of research revealed in the Malaysian parliament showing that many high school students in their area consume the'magic mushrooms' or magic mushrooms.
Deputy Chairman of the Minister of Agriculture, Mohamed Fadzli Hassan said his party would cooperate with the Malaysian Education Department to follow up on the results of the study.
"I personally will investigate this issue because I just found out about it, and we will discuss it with the relevant authorities," he told reporters at the International Conference "Kelantan Builds with Islam" 2024, Wednesday, July 10, quoted from The Sun Daily.
The results of the study were revealed by the Minister of Home Affairs Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail in the Malaysian Parliament yesterday.
Saifuddin quoted the research results of Universiti Sain Malaysia Hospital (RS) involving 152 students in Kelantan.
Based on the results of the study, 65 percent of students out of the total involved consumed vapes mixed with'magic mushrooms' substances.
Saifuddin claims the'magic mushrooms' flavor is more dangerous than methamphetamine.
