Bob Dylan Introduces Wealth From Live Recordings In 1974

JAKARTA - Good news for Bob Dylan's fans and collectors, the folk music legend introduced footage from 1974 that had never been released before.

Through an official Instagram account, Bob Dylan introduced a box set consisting of 27 CDs containing 431 songs. The compilation of the work presented came from his show during 1974.

The 1974 Live Recordings' celebrates Bob Dylan's 50th birthday on a tour that year. Featuring all professionally recorded performances from a 1974 show backed by The Band, Bob Dylan's release in the caption.

This collection will be available in a set of deluxes in 27 CD - 431 songs, 417 of which are previously unreleased live Bob Dylan songs.

The box set is planned for release on September 20, featuring 417 previously unreleased shows, as well as mixed footage and linear records written by music journalist Elizabeth Nelson.

To mark the announcement, an unreleased version of 'Forever Young' was previously shared. The song was recorded live in Seattle on February 9, 1974.

For information, the 1974 tour marked Dylan's first return to tour in eight years, as well as a reunion moment with The Band who had appeared with him nearly a decade earlier.

On the tour, Bob Dylan performed several songs that were rarely shown, such as Ballad Ofmen Brown, Song To Woody, Planet Waves, and Nobody 'Cept You.
