Panama-Kosta Rika Border Guncang Earthquake
JAKARTA - An earthquake measuring 5.56 magnitude struck the Panama-Kosta Rika border area.
The German Center for Geoscience Research (GFZ) said the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 km. Meanwhile, the US/USGS Geological Agency said the earthquake on Monday, July 8, had a magnitude of 5.3 on the Richter scale, reported by Reuters.
Panama's National Emergency Operations Center said it was actively monitoring the situation and conducting deterrence checks at local hospitals.
