IBL 2024: 8 Team Confirms To Playoff, Dewa United Regular Season Champion

JAKARTA - The 19th or last week of the 2024 Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) still has four more matches left.

However, the remaining matches will not affect the position of the eight teams who have confirmed their place in the 2024 IBL Playoff.

The lowest rank on the Playoff list, Borneo Hornbills is no longer able to be shifted by the closest team, Rajawali Medan, because both teams have both completed all Regular Season matches, 26 matches.

Amarta Hangtuah, Satya Wacana Salatiga, Bima Perkasa Jogja, and Pacific Caesar who are ranked below him still have one remaining match. However, even the full additional points will not be able to take them to the top eight of the standings.

Meanwhile, Dewa United Banten came out as the Regular Champion of IBL 2024 Season. Despite losing against Satria Muda with a score of 74-90 in the last week, the Children of the Gods remained unchanged at the top of the standings.

Pelita Jaya, who is on the second ladder, still has one game left against Satria Muda. However, Andakara Prasawa and colleagues won't be able to overthrow Dewa United at the top even though their points are the same.

Dewa United has totaled 48 points from 26 matches with details of 22 wins and four defeats.
