DKI BPBD Handles Landslides In Bintaro Toll Cliff
JAKARTA - Landslides occurred on Mulya Bakti Street RT 06/RW 001 Bintaro, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, or on the Bintaro toll cliff on Saturday, July 6, 2024.
Officers from the DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) together with related parties immediately handled the landslide.
The landslide occurred at around 13.25 WIB due to heavy rain and resulted in the access to Mulya Bakti Street being closed.
The Head of the DKI Jakarta BPBD, Isnawa Adji, said that his party had coordinated with the local RT/RW and the Jasa Marga Sub-dept. for handling the landslide.

"The investigation of the landslide location by BPBD personnel, then the land covering the road has been carried out by Jasa Marga," Isnawa said as reported by Antara.
The landslide about 2x2 meters did not cause any injuries or casualties.
"It's impossible, the loss is still being collected," said Isnawa.
The video circulating shows that at the location there was a landslide covering the body of Jalan Mulya Bakti. The top part of the avalanche was also marked by a road divider.
Local residents had witnessed the location of the incident. An electric pole around the avalanche was tilted.
A concrete wall with dimensions of about 2 meters x 50 centimeters x 50 centimeters also fell from the top end of an avalanche on Mulya Bakti Street.
