JAKARTA - Mercedes-Maybach together with ship company Robbe & Berking officially introduced a special edition on the S-Class model. The model also commemorates the 150th anniversary of cruise producers based in Flensburg, Germany.
Different from the model that Maybach usually presents, the sedan is designed exclusively inspired by the legendary Sphinx 12mR cruise ship built in 1939 which has the most luxurious design of its time.
"Like the Sphinx cruise ship, our exclusive Mercedes-Maybach S-Class birthday vehicle symbolizes expertise, rcuma, and attention to details," said Head of Mercedes-Maybach Daniel Lescow, on the manufacturer's official website, Friday, July 5.
Based on the S680 model, the ultra-premium automotive brand from Germany presents it in two different colors, ranging from Nautical Blue Metallic and Patagonia Red. Both will be decorated with fine lines fromite White Metallic.
Just like any other model, Maybach gave her an exclusive touch to the interior with a crystal white Nappa leather bandage decorated with diamonds. The chair, the headliner, the mid-door panel, and the under-screen storage compartment are coated with this fine material.
