Paola Salcedo, Sister Of Cruz Azul's Player Carlos Salcedo, Died
JAKARTA - Paola Salcedo, a presenter and model who is also the sister of soccer player Carlos Salcedo (Cruz Azul, League MX), was killed in an armed attack in Huixquilucan, Mexico. The Office of the Mexican State Attorney's Office (FGJEM) confirmed the death of the 29-year-old woman, known as the host of the 'Lideres del Rebano'.
One hypothesis being investigated by police is that Paola Salcedo was killed in an attempted robbery. The Huixquilucan city government reported that it received a call at the Control, Command, Communication and Computation Center (C-4), warning of an alleged direct attack on a woman from a van in El Arenal.
"According to testimony from people who witnessed the alleged incident, the woman came out of the Bardum circus where she was in to answer a phone call. When she was outside and approached the white van suspected of being the vehicle she was traveling in, she was the victim of a direct attack from another unit whose occupants fled," it was officially reported.
