Disclosure Of A Drug Factory In Malang Starting From Sinte's Enforcement In Kalibata
The disclosure of a drug factory that produces three types of narcotics in Malang, East Java, is the result of the development of a case of narcotics trafficking in the sinte type in the Kalibata area, South Jakarta.
The Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Komjen Wahyu Widada, said that the circulation of synthetic narcotics was revealed on June 29. At that time, tens of kilograms of synthetic tobacco were confiscated.
"We found 23 kilograms of sinte there and then we developed it," Wahyu told reporters in Malang, East Java, Wednesday, July 3.
Profiling and other investigative steps were carried out. Until finally, information and clues were obtained that led to a house on Bukit Barisan Street, Klojen District, Malang City.
It turned out that the house was used as a factory for the manufacture of three types of drugs, namely sinte, xanax, and ecstasy.
"After we cone it again, it turns out that the laboratory is in the Malang area and finally we can reveal this factory, namely, which produces 3 products here," he said.
In the disclosure of the drug factory, a number of evidences in the form of production tools to narcotics ready for distribution were confiscated.
"What is already in the form of narcotics is 1.2 tons of synthetic tobacco, 25 thousand ecstasy pills, 25 thousand xanax pills, and there are also 40 kilograns of MDMB PINACA bailout which is equivalent to 2 tons for finished products," Wahyu said.

In this case, there are 8 people named as suspects. The first is a drug dealer with the initials YC (23). Then, four assistants for the mixer, namely FP (21), DA (24), AR (21), and SS (28).
Then, there are also those who act as dealers or couriers, namely RR (23), IR (25) and HA (21).
The suspects were charged with Article 113 paragraph 2 subsidiary Article 114 paragraph 2 subsidiary Article 112 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph 2 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 35 of 2009 concerning drugs.
They face a minimum sentence of 5 years in prison and a maximum sentence of death and a minimum fine of IDR 1 billion and a maximum of IDR 10 billion.
