KPK Summons Dahlan Iskan Again Regarding Corruption In LNG Procurement At PT Pertamina
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned two witnesses related to the development of a corruption case in the procurement of liquid natural gas (LNG) at PT Pertamina. One of them is Dahlan Iskan, the former Minister of SOEs.
"Today, the examination of witnesses for alleged corruption related to the procurement of LNG at PT Pertamina in 2011-2014," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Wednesday, July 3.
In addition, Tessa also said that another witness examined by investigators was Yudha Pandu Dewata. "The examination was carried out at the Red and White House," he said.
It's just that, until now Dahlan has not been present. This was also confirmed by Tessa.
"(Dahlan Iskan, ed) has not been (present, ed)," said a spokesman with the background of this investigator.

Dahlan Iskan had previously been summoned by the KPK in the same case on Thursday, January 7. At that time, he was a witness to make light of the actions of former President Director of PT Pertamina Karen Agustiawan.
Previously reported, the KPK is developing a corruption case in the procurement of LNG at PT Pertamina (Persero) two people have been named as suspects. They are Senior Vice President (SPV) Gas and Power Pertamina 2013-2014, Yenni Andayani and Hari Karyulianto who are Directors of Gas Pertamina 2012-2014.
Both of them were Karen's subordinates while serving as President Director (Director) of PT Pertamina (Persero). In addition, they got power from Karen to sign a sale and purchase agreement or sales purchase agreement (SPA) LNG Train 1 and Train 2 from a subsidiary of Cheniere Energy, Inc., Corpus Christie Liquefaction, LCC or CCL.
