Parung Serab Residents Surprised, Two Men Rent Houses Just To Save Drugs
TANGERANG The arrest of two drug couriers in a rented house in the Parung Serab area, Ciledug, Tangerang City made local residents excited. The reason is, residents did not think that the house was rented by the perpetrators to store up to tens of kilograms of crystal methamphetamine.
Are R (29) and A (19), two methamphetamine couriers who were finally arrested by Polda Metro Jaya, Monday night, July 1, to coincide with the celebration of the 78th Bhayangkara Day.
According to the man who is familiarly called Pur, a local resident, before the police carried out the raid, the house owner lowered a number of cardboard boxes on Sunday night, June 30. When asked about the cardboard, the perpetrator admitted that the cardboard was for his uncle's needs.
"The neighbor knew before (the raid) there was a car coming in, he thought he was delivering moving goods, it turned out to be drugs," Pur said when met at the location, Tuesday, July 2.

Still said Pur, the two people were unknown, open local residents. And indeed, continued Pur, when lowering the cardboard, local residents were suspicious.
"No one knows him. He's new. There hasn't been 2-3 days. Neighbors think it's putting in everything, "he said.
Meanwhile, the head of the local RT, Saiful Bahri, said that the new perpetrators had not yet occupied the rented house 24 hours. They arrived Sunday, June 30, evening. Then arrested Monday, July 1, evening.
"It hasn't been a day. He said it wasn't a contract there, it was just a delivery," said Saiful.
