Lightning Strike Makes 7 Climbers In Utah Enter Hospital, Evacuated By Helicopter
JAKARTA - Lightning strikes left 7 men who were climbing in Utah, United States (US) to be taken to hospital.
Lightning struck the ground near a group of youths from this local church on Thursday, June 27.
Authorities say thunderstorms caused water to pool before lightning struck the ground, reported by CBS Salt Lake City affiliate, KUTV.
"About 50 teenagers felt a lightning sting," said Sevier County Sheriff Nathan Curtis.
Two people developed serious symptoms and were flown by helicopter to the Primer Children's Hospital in Lehi, Utah.

Five other people were transported by ambulance to the Sevier Valley Hospital in Richfield and Gunnison Valley Hospital in Gunnison.
Neither of them suffered a serious injury according to Curtis.
