Up On You Becomes Mr. Big's Tenth Album Opener.

JAKARTA - Mr. Big has launched Up On You as the opening single for the release of their tenth album, Ten on 12 July.

This song was launched as a form of Mr. Big for the late drummer Pat Torpey, who died on February 7, 2018.

Nick D'Virgilio acts as a drummer in this song, along with three other personnel, namely Eric Martin (vocals), Paul Gilbert (guitar), and Billy Sheehan (bass).

Eric Martin said that his Up On You and music videos were inspired when personnel exchanged instruments at concerts, such as when Eric Martin played bass, Paul Gilbert played drums, and Billy Sheehan played guitar during a concert in Budokan, Japan some time ago.

"Who says Rock & Roll should be serious? During the 'Switcheroo' show where we exchanged instruments inspired this video. It was great and the audience was excited!" said Eric Martin.

Meanwhile, TEN became Mr's first album. Big since the launch of Defying Gravity' in 2017. This is also their first album without Pat Torpey as a drummer.
