Muslim Tretan Must Repeat 10 Times When He Becomes A Dubber In The Film Si Juki The Movie: Monkey Island Assets

Comedian Tretan Muslim is believed to be one of the dubbers or voice actors in the animated film produced by Falcon Pictures, Si Juki The Movie: Harta Pulau Monkey.

In this film, Tretan Muslim fills the voice of Bang Tohir's character, who is a typical angkot driver with Madura dialect.

Tretan recounts the moment he had difficulty taking votes for his character. He admitted that he had to repeat it several times because this was his first experience.

"Indeed, because it was only the first time, so it's a bit of a repeat, really. Usually we have our own content. However, once we fill it out, there is also a character. It's quite difficult for me, really," said Tretan Muslim, in the Thamrin area, Central Jakarta, Saturday, June 22, 2024.

Tretan had to repeat 10 times because of difficulties in reciting scripts while imagining the scene he played in the film Si Juki The Movie: Harta Pulau Monkey.

"I think it's quite a lot to take over. Because it turns out to be very difficult. I've just given voiceovers several times, such as voice over advertisements. That's it over and over again," said Tretan.

"This animation has a timing, and it turns out that the sound will be drawn later, then the tech, it's more difficult, really. Maybe almost 10 times (repetition)," continued Tretan.

For information, the animated film Si Juki The Movie: Harta Pulau Monkey is again directed byUL Wilson and the screenplay is written by the creator of Juki's character, Faza Meonk.

Some actors who will vote in this film include Indro Warkop, Jaja Miharja, Maya Wulan, Wizzy, Mandra, Bryan Domani, Megan Domani, Andovi Da Lopez, Coki Pardede, Rigen, Tretan Muslim, Hifdzi Khoir, Sadana Agung, and Indra Jegel.

Si Juki The Movie: Harta Pulau Monkey will hit theaters on June 27, 2024.
