IKD Introduces DTX Velocita Tire, High Performance Tires Suitable For Daily Use
JAKARTA - PT Industri Karet Deli (IKD), the Delium Radial brand holder, officially introduced a high performance tire called Velocita DTX. This tire is designed not only for the drifting agenda, but also for daily use.
"Velocita DTX is not only for drifting activities, but also suitable for daily routines," said Gunawan, Sales Domestic of PT IKD, in his explanation to the media in Sentul, West Java, Friday, June 21.
These tires have unique site designs and interesting sidewalls, with specially designed compon materials. The tires have been tested according to SNI, America, Europe, and Japan standards, and have been tested by national drifters.
"Ban ini dibuat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar ban performa tinggi dengan harga lebih terjangka untuk para drifters dan juga dapat digunakan oleh pengguna mobil lainnya," tambah Gunawan.
One of its advantages is the Excellent Water Channeling, which allows the tire tread pattern to distribute water effectively. In addition, this tire has the Outstanding High Speed Handling and Stability capability, thanks to the strength and resilience of the tire wall specially designed with additional layers of polyester and special compon materials, so as to withstand the weight of the car and ensure the stability of the vehicle while driving straight and maneuvering at high speed.

Velocita DTX also has the ability of Wider Tread Width, which means that the tire surface is wider to achieve better traction. "This pair is specially designed with wider tire surfaces so that contact with asphalt is maximized in order to achieve optimal traction," explained Eric from the Technical Department of PT IKD.
The tires also have the advantage of Performance Tread Compound, with High-Grip characteristic-specific compon technology that provides maximum stability and control when maneuvering.
Regarding prices, Velocita DTX is priced starting from Rp860,000. For sizes 195/50R15, Rp1.410 million for sizes 255/35ZR18, and Rp1,650 million for size 265/35ZR18. Velocita DTX will be distributed through existing networks throughout Indonesia. For the Jakarta area, this tire can be obtained through PT Mega Arvia Utama which is located at Jl.
