Indosat Strengthens Collaboration With Google Cloud, Prepares AI-Based Digital Experience
JAKARTA - Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat) continues its long-term strategic partnership with Google Cloud to accelerate the transformation of Indosat from Telco to AI Native TechCo.
"Our collaboration with Google Cloud is not only an important milestone for Indosat, but also a significant step in our mission to transform into an AI Native TechCo",ORDIN Sinha, President Director and CEO of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison said in a statement on Friday, June 14.
This collaboration will combine networks, operations, and datasets of Indosat subscribers with Google Cloud's AI stack to provide impressive experiences to customers, as well as a generating AI (GenAI) solution for all of its business lines.
Some of the initiations of yabg collaborations result from this collaboration are to modernize customer service, create dynamic and hyperpersonalization content, geospatial analytics and predictive modeling, enhanced IT network operations, as well as company back office transformations.

In addition to implementing these solutions in its business operations, Indosat and Google Cloud will also explore joint go-to-market initiatives to empower Indonesia's digital ecosystem.
