Don't Trust The Recommendation For A Detox Of The COVID-19 Vaccine By Washing Blood And Bathing Using A Borax
JAKARTA - Some people are still worried about the side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine. This raises a wild narrative on social media that recommends detoxing the COVID-19 vaccine.Detoxification is defined as an effort to clean, neutralize, or remove toxic substances or toxins from the body. So, the narrative suggests that people clean the toxins contained in the vaccine.A number of recommended ways are dialysis repeatedly. It is also recommended to do a bath with bolax, soda cake, or epsom salt.Responding to this, the Chairman of the National Commission for the Study and Management of Post-Immunization Follow-up Events (Komnas PP KIPI) Hinky Hindra Irawan Satari emphasized that the recommendation was not true.Hinky emphasized that the dialysis neutralizes the toxins. Meanwhile, the vaccine is injected into the body to form antibodies, not toxins."So, what is called dialysis is not for removing antibodies, but for issuing toxic substances. If it is not toxic, yes, it will not come out, because it is beneficial for the body," said Hinky in his statement, Sunday, June 9.Then Hinky emphasized that cake soda serves to neutralize acid, while cleaners such as bolactics can be carcinogenic which can cause cancer."So instead of solving problems, it will add health problems," he said. Moreover, Hinky revealed that the COVID-19 vaccine that was injected was a microorganism or component of the virus that was activated or weakened. The goal is to form immunity or produce antibodies.
“So, (vaccinated) no poison and antibodies cannot be neutralized. Not neutralized, yes, but if a virus enters, a foreign object or pathogen enters, it will neutralize it. Therefore, there is no detoxification term on the vaccine," he said.
