The Attorney General's Office Examines Again 8 Witnesses From PT Antam Regarding 109 Tons Of Gold Corruption
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) examined 8 witnesses in the handling of the alleged corruption case of gold commodity management for the 2010-2022 period weighing 109 tons. All of them are from PT Antam Tbk.
"The prosecutor investigated the Directorate of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes to examine 8 witnesses," said the Head of the AGO, Ketut Sumedana in his statement, Friday, June 7.
The witnesses examined included PT Antam Tbk employees with the initials ABS and FF. Then RND, which is the Production Planning & Inventory Control Manager of the Mulia Metal Processing and Purification Business Unit (UBPP LM) PT Antam Tbk for the period 2018 to date.
Then, ASM as Manufacturing Manager at UBPP LM PT Antam Tbk for the period February 2022 until now; RS as an Employee of UBPP LM PT Antam Tbk; BEP which is a Retail Region 2 Manager/Product Development of PT Antam Tbk for the period 2018 to 2022.
There is also AH as Product Logistic Management Manager of UBPP LM PT Antam Tbk and MF as Finance Manager of the Mulia Metal Business Unit PT Antam Tbk.
The examination of the witnesses was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case in question.
"Witnesses being examined are related to the investigation of cases of alleged corruption on behalf of the suspect TK, suspect HN, suspect DM, suspect AHA, suspect MA, and Trrsangka ID," said Ketut.
