Report To Teacher, Men Rape Stepdaughter In Mataram NTB Arrested By Police
NTB - Mataram City Police (Polres) revealed the case of a man with the initials OS (45) on suspicion of raping his stepdaughter.
"From the perpetrator's confession, the act (rustrated) since the victim was still in elementary school, from 2016 to June 2, 2024," said Head of the Mataram Police Satreskrim Kompol I Made Yogi Purusa Utama in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Friday 7 June, confiscated by Antara.
From the perpetrator's last act, the victim, who is currently studying at the junior high school (SMP) level, reported to his teacher.
"So, this (victim) child understands after junior high school if his stepfather's actions are wrong. Therefore, the victim immediately reported to his teacher, and the teacher reported it to us," he said.

Based on the report, the police arrested OS at his home, Thursday, June 6 evening.
From the results of the examination, OS admitted that he was forced to stay at his house consciously without the knowledge of the victim's biological mother.
"The victim's mother is currently working as a migrant worker abroad. However, when she was a child, she was still in elementary school, when the victim's mother was at home, this perpetrator admitted that she often secretly launched her actions against the victim," he said.
In launching the action, Yogi said that the perpetrator admitted to threatening the victim.
"Let's be silent, this victim was grabbed in the thigh with the perpetrator," said Yogi.
The police are still investigating the perpetrators by referring to the alleged violations of Article 81 paragraphs (1) and (3) in conjunction with Article 76 D of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
