JAKARTA - The World Health Organization or WHO announced human death for the first time due to an unprecedented type of bird flu.This H5N2-type bird flu was confirmed in a 59-year-old man in Mexico City, Mexico."This is a case of subtype A (H5N2) bird flu infection in human beings who are laboratoryly confirmed and reported globally,” WHO said in a report, quoted from Metro.co.uk, Thursday 6 June.The victim is known to have been lying in bed for three weeks before the onset of a bird flu symptom.After having a fever, shortness of breath and prolonged diarrhea, the victim was taken to hospital on April 17. The victim died one week later.
