Two Police Reports Become The Basis For Examination Of PDIP Secretary General Hasto
The Secretary General of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto will be clarified in the alleged case of spreading false news at the Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, June 4.
Based on the invitation letter for clarification circulating with number B/13674/V/RES.1.24./2024/Ditreskrimum, dated May 29, 2024, the examination of Hasto Kristiyanto was based on two police reports or LP.
"Reference: Police Report Nomo LP/B/1735/III/2024/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA dated March 26, 2024; and Police Report Number LP/B/1812/III/2024/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA dated March 31, 2024," wrote the invitation letter quoted by VOI, Monday, June 3.
Not only that, the basis for Hasto's examination is also based on two investigation warrants number SP.Lidik/1463/III/RES.1.24./2024/Ditreskrimum, dated March 27, 2024 and SP.Lidik/1506/IV/RES.1.24/2024/Ditreskrimum dated April 2, 2024.
Regarding the invitation letter, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi and the Director of General Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Wira Satya Triputra who confirmed this matter did not provide an answer.

However, on a different occasion, Hasto has agreed to a clarification call at the Polda Metro Jaya. He made sure to attend.
"Yes, that's right, tomorrow I will attend and I will be present as a citizen who obeys the law on the bill addressed to me to make a clarification," said Hasto.
The examination was related to allegations of incitement and/or dissemination of electronic information or electronic documents that made fake news as referred to in Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 28 Paragraph (3) junto Article 45A paragraph (3) of the ITE Law.
