Ready For Comeback, Giring Ganesha Returns To Studio Recording

JAKARTA - No longer serving as chairman of a political party, Giring Ganesha seems to be getting more and more confident in playing music. In the midst of his current busy schedule, the former Nidji vocalist expressed his readiness to return to his new work.

Giring said he had started to return to the recording studio to work on a new song. He also continues to communicate with the label for his music project.

"Now we are starting to record, starting to take vocals, we are waiting for the green light from the label. If the label is okay, we will continue to production," said Giring Ganesha when met at Senayan, Central Jakarta, Friday, May 31.

The 40-year-old singer admitted that she had started working on new songs since her position as PSI General Chair was replaced by Kaesang Pangarep. So far he has written several songs by carrying the alternative pop-rock genre.

"After the election, I immediately started writing songs. After the election, yesterday I had time to talk too, I and my son had time to talk about the main thing in 2024 and had to bring out work," he said.

Giring did not feel awkward if he had to return to appear on stage. Nidji's experience was deemed sufficient for him to venture back to the music stage.

When asked about the possibility to appear with Nidji or appear in tribute if requested, Giring ensured his readiness.

"If you are invited, you want it. If you are invited. The question is if you are invited, yes, if you want it, "concluded Giring Ganesha.
