Hutama Karya Ensures That The AGO Project That Overtakes The MRT Line Already Has PBG

JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) or HK ensured that the construction project of the Junior Attorney General's Building for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), whose material fell on the Jakarta MRT route, had already obtained a Building Approval Permit (PBG).

"The Jampidsus building construction project already has a PBG permit," said EVP Corporate Secretary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Adjib Al Hakim when contacted by VOI, in Jakarta, Thursday, May 30.

Quoted from the company's official website, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) or HK won the contract for the Jampidsus building project in early 2024.

This contract was signed by EVP of the Building Division, Nyoman Endi together with the Commitment Making Officer of the Attorney General's Office, Reinhard Theo S. Manurung and witnessed by the Director of Operations II, Gunadi and the Head of the General Bureau of the Attorney General's Office, Yudi Indra Gunawan at the Main Building of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, South Jakarta on Friday, January 26, 2024.

At that time, Executive Vice President (EVP) of Hutama Karya's Corporate Secretary, Tjahjo Purnomo said the Rp318 billion project was carried out in the context of rejuvenation of buildings covering structural, architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) and landscape work for 240 calendar days.

"This project is targeted for completion in September 2024," said Tjahjo.

Tjahjo also said the building would be in the form of an asymmetric circle and the design would resemble a sword tear which is a symbol of Jampidsus.

Furthermore, Tjahjo said that in working on this project, the field team will maximize their work in order to meet the functionality standards with a more modern building display and completion according to the target.

"The completion of this development contract will increase and reinforce Hutama Karya's portfolio in building building building projects in the Jakarta area," he said.
