Here's How Mitsubishi Fuso Prints Reliable Mechanics

JAKARTA - PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the official distributor of the Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) trading vehicle in Indonesia, has an unusual way to provide professional standard mechanics needs for fleet consumers. First, Mitsubishi Fuso implemented the SMART program which began on February 26, 2024 at the Krama Yudha Regional Training Center (KRTC) Makassar, and has graduated 12 participants of the Special Manpower of Ability, Relable and Tactical (SMART) program. The SMART program is a strategic step taken by Mitsubishi Fuso as its real Business Mainstay for fleet consumers. This activity is evidence of one of the pillars of the 'customer business consultant' where Mitsubishi Fuso presents a training program to produce professional mechanics that can operate in consumer locations as a reliable after-sales service. This aims to assist consumer business productivity by ensuring that consumer units are handled by standardized mechanics. On the other hand, the increasing number of consumers over time leads to increasing need for professional mechanics. To include consumer needs in the country, Mitsubishi Fuso will continue to develop this program throughout Indonesia in stages.

Director of Sales & Marketing Division of PT KTB Aji Jaya, said that Mitsubishi Fuso will always be ready to provide our best services to meet consumer business needs. "By passing reliable mechanics from this SMART program, we hope to support the internal mechanical needs of Fleet, which is currently difficult to obtain standardized and ready-to-work mechanics," he said, in an official statement received on Tuesday, May 28. To produce reliable mechanics, of course, through a rigorous process. Participants who take part in the selection stage in this program must first complete education at the Vocational High School (SMK) level.

After qualifying, participants will take part in the briefing and training program for approximately 8 weeks. Participants will also be given pocket money during the program and evidence of Mitsubishi Fuso's standardization as junior mechanics after graduation.

"The effort that Mitsubishi Fuso made through the SMART program is proof that we are ready to prioritize consumer needs to always be "Sejati Business Mainstay"," concluded Aji.
