Inabuyer 2024 Records Total Transactions And Cooperation Reaches IDR 1.58 Trillion, Up IDR 500 Billion

JAKARTA - The Inabuyer B2B2G Expo 2024 event recorded total transactions and the potential for cooperation of IDR 1.58 trillion.

The details, worth Rp71.57 billion total transactions and Rp1.51 trillion for the total potential for cooperation.

Chairman of the Indonesian Shopping Center Retailers and Tenants Association (Hippindo) Budihardjo Iduansjah said this realization increased by Rp500 billion from the total transaction and potential for cooperation in the Inabuyer event in 2023.

"The result is more than last year, which is worth Rp. 1.58 trillion with real transactions, namely Rp. 71.57 billion and the potential for cooperation of Rp. 1.51 trillion. This figure exceeds last year. The important thing is orders, not only the number of visitors is large," said Budihardjo at the Inabuyer B2B2G Expo event at the Smesco Building, Jakarta, Friday, May 17.

This year's Inabuyer event was also attended by around 100 suppliers or producers who filled a total of 195 booths and consisted of 87 buyers and ecosystem supporters.

The activity, which was held for three days from May 15-17, 2024, was successfully visited by 5,460 visitors.

The goal is to increase the level of domestic consumption.

"With this event, the hope is that Indonesia will be strong again. SPlunging money in Indonesia, including creating a workforce," he said.

For the Inabuyer event next year, he said, his party is optimistic that it will target total transactions and the potential for cooperation to reach IDR 2 trillion.

One of his strategies is to bring in more buyers from abroad.

According to him, this year's Inabuyer event only recorded one buyer country outside Indonesia, namely Malaysia.

"Next year it could increase by IDR 2 trillion, yes, (with) the strategy (purchase) abroad next year will come. This year is only Malaysia," he said.
