AHM Together With WMS Education On Electric Motorcycles Hundreds Of Vocational School Students In Jakarta And Tangerang

JAKARTA - PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) together with PT Wahana Makmur Sejati (WMS) held an event entitled Astra Honda Sharing Science (AHBI), where the event provided electrical motor education to hundreds of Vocational High School (SMK) students, to improve the quality of vocational education in the country.

AHBI this time is the first activity in 2024 carried out by the Vocal Department AHM in collaboration with the Vocal PT WMS and the Affiliated Company (Affco) AHM. AHBI 2024 lasts during the period April to August.

The theme raised at this event was 'Clope Honda EM1 e: Trendy, Modern, and Compact'. In addition, it was initiated as part of AHM's efforts to convey the latest technology from Honda motorcycles to SMK which implements the Astra Honda Technical and Motorcycle Business Curriculum (TBSM).

"This educational material is adapted to the development of the latest motorcycle industry, namely electric motors," said PT WMS Head of Technical Service Department Benedict F. Maharanto, in his official statement, Tuesday, May 14.

For the Jakarta and Tangerang areas, the man who is familiarly called Beni revealed that there were 56 AHM fostered partners.

As a Main Dealer for Honda motorcycles in the Jakarta-Tangerang area, Beni continued, he also provided various support for students at the 56 Vocational High School fostered partners. The students who took part in this activity reached hundreds of students/students and vocational teachers.

In addition to theory, the material provided in this AHBI also includes direct practice at the Islamic School fostered by AHM instructors. We hope that education like this can continue to be carried out so that it can help improve the quality of vocational education in the country, especially related to the motorcycle industry," Beni hoped.

AHBI also describes Sinergi Bagi Negeri in line with the implementation of safety riding education, free health checks by the Wahana Healthy Home (RSW) and the participation of other industries.
