Former Kadishub Dompu NTB Becomes A New Suspect Of Budget Corruption Of IDR 1.28 Billion
The Mataram District Attorney (Kejari) has confirmed the former Head of the Dompu Transportation Service (Kadishub) with the initials SY as a suspect in the alleged corruption case in the 2017-2020 budget and services.
"From the results of the case title, we have named one more person as a suspect with the initials SY as the former Head of the Dompu Transportation Agency," said Head of the Intelligence Section of the Dompu Kejari Joni Eko Waluyo by telephone from Mataram, Tuesday, May 14, as reported by Antara.
The determination of SY as a suspect is explained based on letter Number: TAP 01/N.2.15/Fd.1/05/2024, dated May 13, 2024.
Joni said that from the results of the case title, it was revealed that there were indications of an evil consensus between SY and the MU and US suspects who were currently undergoing trial at the Corruption Court at the Mataram District Court.
The suspect SY was revealed to have signed an accountability document for the 2017-2020 expenditure on goods and services made by MU and US, which is the treasurer of expenditure at the Dompu Transportation Agency.
"So, the person concerned (suspect SY) signed a fictitious receipt, not accompanied by a recipient's signature, not equipped with a provider note that does not have a shop name and a stamp," said Joni.
