Police Arrest 5 Students Bring Bambu Runcing During A Brawl In West Jakarta
JAKARTA - Five teenagers did not move when they were arrested by members of the West Jakarta Metro Police Precise Pioneer Patrol Team while holding a brawl on Jalan Kedaung Kaliangke, West Jakarta, Thursday, April 24, early in the morning.
"In addition to securing the five teenagers, officers also managed to confiscate sharp weapons in the form of a sharp sickle and bamboo," said Head of Samapta Polres Metro West Jakarta, AKBP M. Hari Agung Julianto when confirmed.
The five teenagers and sharp weapons were arrested at 03.00 WIB in the morning. The arrests of teenagers began with public reports regarding a group of youths who were fighting on Jalan Kedaung Kaliangke.
"The team immediately responded to the report and headed to the scene," he said.
After arriving at the location, the team found several youths involved in the brawl. The team then gave chase, sweeping, and arrests.

Furthermore, the five teenagers and evidence were handed over to the Cengkareng Police for further investigation.
Cengkareng Police Chief Kompol Hasoloan Situmorang said five teenagers were still undergoing examination. The police chief will process further the law if they are found guilty.
"Parents and teachers, if the status is still a student, we will call for further guidance," he added.
