18 Years Of Career In Central Java, Central Java Police Chief: Rank And Position Are Only Trustees
SEMARANG - Success in an area is not only piled up with the Police as a security party, but there is the participation of all levels of society. This was stated by the Central Java Police Chief Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi in a Podcast, Thursday, April 25.
"In order to create Central Java which is 'Gemah Ripah Loh Jinawi Toto Tentrem Kerto Raharjo', we need synergy from various circles," said Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi.
Carrying out his position as the Central Java Police Chief for 4 years, made his name known to remote areas of Central Java. In society, he is known as a smiling figure, close to the community and has a myriad of achievements in maintaining security in Central Java.
"The rank of office is just a mandate. Our principle must be self-aware, know who we are and where it comes from," he said.
During his leadership in Central Java, strong synergy was also created between the TNI and Polri. Collaboration and coordination between the TNI and Polri are established in a harmonious manner in various activities in Central Java, starting from joint patrols in the region, handling COVID-19, securing simultaneous election stages, to securing Eid al-Fitr 2024 yesterday.
Even during yesterday's vote process, when all police personnel were deployed to secure TPS, TNI personnel strengthened security at the Polsek office. So that with the synergy the TNI and Polri are able to provide security guarantees for people in Central Java," explained the Kapolda.

He appealed to the regional election process in the future the people of Central Java will continue to maintain unity and integrity despite different choices. This is because he has confidence, whoever leads in Central Java will have the ability to manage regional potential and advance the region.
"This is because there are so many qualified figures who have the potential to become leaders in Central Java. So don't worry, everyone just has to go back to the best choices from the community," he said.
Spending 18 years of his career in Central Java, Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi is committed to remaining focused on carrying out his duties as a member of the National Police until his service period ends.
