Three Indonesian Athletes Compete In World Athletics Race Walking Team Championships
JAKARTA Three athletes on the fast road Indonesia were sent to compete in the World Athletics Race Walking Team Championships Antalya 24.
The championship will take place in Antalya, Turkey, on Sunday, April 21, 2024. The three names sent by the Indonesian Athletics Association (PASI) are Hendro, Halida Ulfah, and Violine Intan.
Hendro and Halida Ulfah will compete in the marathon race walk mixed relay, while Violine in the 20 km race walk women.
"Indonesia, Hendro, Violine Intan, and Halida Ulfah fast road athletes will compete in the World Athletics Race Walking Team Championships Antalya 24 in Antalya, Turkey," PASI wrote on their official website.

The three athletes have left for Turkey accompanied by head coach, Hery Surahno. They continued preparations there before the event began.
"Accompanied by coach Hery Surahno, tonight the team of athletes travel quickly to Antalya to participate in the competition which will take place on April 21, 2024," wrote PASI.
A total of more than 400 athletes from 50 countries will compete in this event to fight for medals.
The race will run on a track near the Antalya Expo Center, with the start and finish area ahead of Expo 2016 Botanical Park.
