Returning Rp20 Million State Money, Mukomuko Prosecutor's Office Now Searches Assets Of 7 Suspects Of RSUD Budget Corruption

He has only just returned the state loss of Rp. 20 million," said Head of Special Crimes at the Mukomuko District Attorney's Office, Agung Malik Rahman Hakim, in Mukomuko, Antara, Wednesday, April 17.According to Agung, currently his party is still investigating the assets of the suspects in the alleged corruption case in the management of the Mukomuko Hospital budget from 2016 to 2021."His party got the data from Samsat, BPN, and banks in Mukomuko Regency," he said.From the search results, data has been found, but the search results still have to be checked again in the field.Meanwhile, his party has named seven suspects in the alleged corruption case in the management of the Mukomuko Hospital budget which cost the state finances Rp4.8 billion.To recover state financial losses in this case, the Mukomuko Kejari also conducted a search of assets belonging to the suspects."If they voluntarily return it, thank God. Otherwise, we have other forced efforts that can be made until the suspect is decided in court," he said.Seven people named as suspects in the alleged corruption case in the management of the Mukomuko Hospital are TA as the former Director of RSUD for the 2016 –2020 period, AF (former Treasurer of Expenditures at RSUD 2016 –2019), and AT (former Head of Finance at RSUD 2018 – 2021).
