ASDP Asks Backflow Homecomers To Java To Order Tickets To Avoid Running Out Of Quota
PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) appealed to travelers who will cross to Java Island to immediately order return flow tickets from long ago to avoid running out of quotas.
ASDP Corporate Secretary Shelvy Arifin appealed to service users to buy tickets from far online or through ASDP's official partners.
Service users must also ensure that they have filled in the identity of the passenger, as well as the complete and correct vehicle when making online ticket reservations so that insurance rights are properly recorded.
"Homecomers should prepare for the trip carefully, buy tickets via online Ferizy or official partners from a long time ago so they don't run out of quota. Make sure they have a ticket before you leave, and come to the port according to the scheduled departure on the ticket," he said.
In addition, ASDP has also implemented a special policy for service users, especially on the Merak-Bakauheni and Ketapang-Gilimanuk crossing routes, namely in the form of eliminating expired tickets.

The cancellation was given to class II passenger vehicles and IVA up to 24 hours, from the time the port entered which was valid specifically during the 2024 Eid backflow period on April 11-21.
According to him, this was done to anticipate the inconvenience of travelers such as during the period of yesterday's homecoming.
" Service users do not need to worry if there is a traffic jam on their way to the port, because the ferry ticket will not be scorched as long as service users arrive at the port within 24 hours of the check-in time listed on the ticket. Therefore, we ask travelers who will return, immediately buy tickets from now on," he said.
