TAM Presents 'Toyota Alert Service', Accompanyes Homecoming Mobility And Eid Holidays 2024
PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) presents the 'Toyota Alert Service' program to accompany customers' activities during Eid Al-Fitr 2024.
In total, there are 310 service points presented by TAM to provide a sense of calm, security and comfort during this year's Eid which operates from 5 to 15 April 2024.
More precisely, the official Toyota dealer network operates 13 Toyota Alert Posts on a number of main routes of homecoming and return flow. In addition, there are 297 Toyota Bengkel Siaga which are spread across all regions in Indonesia.
"TAM accompanies homecoming and customer vacation trips at the moment of Eid al-Fitr 2024 by operating 13 Toyota Alert Posts for a full 24 hours, and 297 Toyota Bengkel Alert who remain open normally on holidays and leave with Lebaran this year," said Marketing Director of PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) Anton Jimmi Suwandy, in his statement, Thursday, April 4.
In addition, Toyota also presents the Toyota Mobile Service (TMS) which is always prepared at 297 official workshops for 24 hours. Also, the Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) which is on standby for 24 hours, provides towing services for Toyota customer vehicles that experience technical problems on 5 9 April 2024 (homecoming current) and 13 15 April 2024 (backflow).

Toyota car owners can perform a general check-up of vehicles for free at the Toyota Alert Command Post which operates 24 hours. The inspections carried out include Tire, wiper Water Level, Bike System, Oil Condition, Accu, Clunch, Exterior-interior Lamp and Undercarriage. With the cost of services and the generalized spare parts the same as Toyota's official workshop, customers get additional benefits, namely a 25% discount on service costs.
Toyota Posko Siaga provides facilities that pamper customers with family members in the form of comfortable air rest rooms or lounges, equipped with free wifi, satellite TV, automatic massage chairs, as well as kids and corner games. So, while waiting for the car to be repaired, customers and family members can take a break for a moment before returning to the journey.
