About Time To Start Homecoming, Expert: Abis Fajr Is The Best
JAKARTA - Before traveling home, drivers are required to have careful readiness and the right decision during the trip to make it smooth and safe to their hometowns.
Not only that, the driver is required to keep his condition in shape while driving a vehicle for the safety of all vehicle passengers.
Highway Safety Practitioner and Jakarta Founder Defensive Driving Consultant (JDDC) Jusri Pulubuhu, advised drivers who start their homecoming trips should be done after the Fajr prayer because the body is in good condition so they are ready to start their activities.
"In starting the journey, the best time is ba because the condition of the human body is fitter than before," said Jusri when contacted by VOI, Tuesday, April 2.
Despite this, he explained that drivers are allowed to start the journey after dawn with a record that they have rested or slept for 6-7 hours by adjusting the biological clock of the human body.
"Well, tell me if we sleep at 9 o'clock, yes, after that wake up at 4 o'clock to carry out the sahur, it's 6 hours," explained Jusri.

For drivers who carry out fasting activities, Jusri is advised to carry out sahur at 4 o'clock and prepare everything so that the trip is safe and comfortable.
"Ideally, don't say 2-3 hours. Say dawn at 04:40, then build it at 4 o'clock to perform sahur. After that, immediately pray Fajr, after that, start the journey immediately. This step is the best," concluded Jusri.
