Personal Accounts To Husband's Wealth Confiscated, Sandra Dewi's Initial Chronology Is Impoverished
JAKARTA - The corruption case of PT. Timah, which dragged the husband of the artist Sandra Dewi, Harvey Moeis alias HM, is still ongoing. It is known that the Indonesian Attorney General's Office has conducted a search of the homes of Sandra Dewi and Harvey Moeis.
This search itself was carried out on Monday, April 1 at their home in the Pakubuwono area, South Jakarta by the investigators of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office.
"Today we are also conducting a search at the residence of HM's brother," said Kuntadi, Director of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes, Monday, April 1.
"The search at Pakubuwono is ongoing, what the results will be, we'll see later, we'll wait and we'll tell you what we've done," he continued.
Involved in corruption cases, Harvey Moeis and Sandra Dewi are threatened with poverty based on Article 39 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code, someone who commits a crime will be confiscated by his property.
This regulation itself has been carried out by the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, such as confiscation of Rp 76 billion in money confiscated at the house of HM dab Sandra Dewi.

In addition, the Attorney General's Office also confiscated precious metals belonging to HM and Sandra Dewi at their private residence.
Most recently, the Attorney General's Office said that HM's personal accounts and companies had also been blocked since the beginning of the arrest of the father of two children.
"We have been blocking for a long time, at the beginning of this investigation, not now. And it is still developing," said Kuntadi.
