Ahead Of Lebaran 2024 Homecoming, The Following Is The Latest List Of Tariffs For The Trans Sumatra Toll Road

JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) or HK released a list of the latest toll rates for the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) during the 2024 Eid holiday momentum.

Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary Hutama Karya Tjahjo Purnomo said that information on the JTTS tariff needs to be a public concern, especially since several sections have experienced tariff adjustments.

"Information on the amount of tariffs is important. We urge travelers to first study the Trans Sumatra toll tariff before starting their homecoming journey. So, it will prevent insufficient balances that can result in queues at toll gates," said Tjahjo, quoted from Hutama Karya's official website, Monday, April 1.

Tjahjo said motorists need to pay attention to the toll tariff from Bakauheni to Palembang, which has now changed to IDR 40,000 for class I.

It is known that this figure has increased when compared to last year's homecoming moment due to the adjustment of the Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar Toll tariff since May 25, 2023, before being managed by PT Bakauheni Terbanggi Besar Toll Road.

Then on the north side, the tariff for class 1 from Kualanamu Airport to Tanjung Pura has also been adjusted at this year's Eid moment, which is Rp105,500.

The following is a complete list of Trans Sumatra toll rates for the Eid 2024 period:

- The Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar Toll Road (managed by PT BTB)

- Big Flyinggi-Pematang Panggang-Kayu Agung Toll Road: IDR 170,500

- Kayu Agung-Kramasan Toll Road : IDR 50,000 (managed by Waskita Toll Road)

- Indralaya Prabumulih Toll Road: IDR 85,000

- Taba Penanjung-Bengkulu Toll Road Section: IDR 22,000

- Pekanbaru-Dumai Toll Road: IDR 171,500

- Pekanbaru-Bangkinang Toll Road Section: IDR 33,500

- Indrapura-Limapuluh Toll Road: IDR 20,500

- Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi Toll Road and Belmera Toll Road: IDR 64,000 (managed by Jasa Marga)

- Medan-Binjai Toll Road: IDR 26,500 (managed by PT MBT)

- Binjai-Stabat Toll Road Section: IDR 15,000

- Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll Road (Seulimeum-Blang Bintang): IDR 42,500

Meanwhile, related to the policy of discounting toll rates during this year's Lebaran homecoming momentum submitted by the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (KPUPR), HK plans to impose tariff discounts on the two longest sections at JTTS, namely the Terbanggi Besar-Pematang Panggang-Kayu Agung (189 km) Toll Road and the Indralaya-Prabumulih (64.5 km) toll road during the 2024 Eid homecoming and backflow period.

Even so, HK has not specified exactly how much and when the toll tariff discount will take effect.

"Currently, we are still calculating the plan to implement the tariff discount. We hope to announce it immediately a maximum of one week before the homecoming flow begins," he said.
