The 6.0 LKPP Version E-Catalog System Officially Launches, Is More Responsive, Can Track Delivery And Payments
JAKARTA - The Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP) launched the Electronic Catalog Version 6 on Thursday, March 28 in Jakarta. The latest innovation, which was built to improve the performance of the Government's e-Purchasing system, was carried out by LKPP in collaboration with PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk through the GovTech Procurement unit, which focuses on serving digital transformation for government procurement.
The launch of the 6.0 Version of Catalog was attended by the Minister of Administrative Reform and the Bureaucratic Reform of Abdullah Azwar Anas and the Director of Enterprise & Business Service Telkom Indonesia FM Venusiana R., as well as several other high-ranking officials.
Head of LKPP Hendrar Prihadi (Hendi) said that the Electronic Catalog Version 6 represents a significant step forward in LKPP efforts to improve electronic procurement system services to users. Namely through a new feature of the LKPP electronic catalog, it makes it easier for stakeholders to make transactions or government spending.
"Compared to the previous system, through the Electronic Catalog Version 6.0, the public can monitor it much better in the government procurement process. Prices, product specifications, and images can be seen by anyone. Therefore, we hope that new features will also increase efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability in the procurement transaction process," said Hendi.
The advantages of other new features are presented by LKPP through the convenience of finding products, making payments, and monitoring the ongoing transaction process. Users will be able to quickly find the information they need, thus accelerating the process of procuring goods/services.
Director of Enterprise & Business Service Telkom Indonesia FM Venusiana R. on his occasion said that the Electronic Catalog version 6 was designed as a digital platform that facilitates the government's process of procuring goods and services.
"By presenting a list of goods and services products that have gone through the verification and assessment process, our hope is to create a more competitive procurement system and provide benefits for buyers (buyers) and sellers (sellers). In the future, we are committed to continuing to innovate and update the national procurement system in Indonesia, for the greater purpose, namely Indonesia's sustainable economic growth and improving the welfare of all Indonesian people," said Venusiana.
Electronic Catalog Version 6.0 is currently implemented in 5 (five) Ministries/Institutions/Regional Governments (K/L/PD) as piloting, namely the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, LKPP, Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, and Provincial Government of Central Java. During the migration and piloting period to K/L/PD, the previous version of Electronic Catalog could still be used by other Ministries/L/PD until the end of 2024.

"We are targeting that the development of the Catalog Version 6 will be completed by the end of this year, so all K/L/PD can already use it," said Hendi.
With the launch of the Electronic Catalog Version 6, the Government hopes to make a significant contribution to the procurement of government goods/services and national development. The government invites all parties to explore and take advantage of the new features offered by the Electronic Catalog Version 6.0.
Also attending the Launching of the Electronic Catalog V.6 Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Abdullah Azwar Anas expressed his appreciation to the Head of LKPP and his staff who have successfully developed the system.
"This development can be completed because Mr. Hendi's orchestration as the Head of LKPP moved all stakeholders, I congratulate you on launching this catalog. Because the system in LKPP has been in line with the system at the Kemenpanrb, so it also affects the RB value," said Anas.
