The Ministry Of PUPR Checks The Readiness Of The ASN 47 Flats Project At IKN

The Directorate General of Human Settlements of the Ministry of PUPR as the building builder has begun to check the reliability of 47 houses in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN).

Flats (rusun) as housing for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and members of Hankam (BIN, Polri and Paspampres) at IKN, East Kalimantan.

The self-examination is carried out on March 25-26, 2024, in the context of quality assurance (QA) for flats which are planned to be used in July 2024.

QA was carried out at the request of the Director General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR at the top structure work stage using precast and conventional concrete technology.

Director of Development of Settlement and Housing Engineering (BTPP) Dian Irawati said that her party through the Building Reliability Committee (KKBG) had discussed obtaining recommendations and approvals for buildings above 8 floors, including an increase in factors.

"We are responsible for ensuring the quality of planning to implementation. We must ensure that the planning is in accordance with technical standards and regulations. Meanwhile, the Head of the Reliability Sub-Directorate of the Budi Prastowo Building as the Head of the IKN residential QC Team said the QC examination was carried out visually with the help of non-destructive tools, such as the Hammer Test and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV).

"The evaluations carried out during the implementation of the IKN housing construction include lower foundations, upper foundations, structures, the Electrical and Plangat (MEP) Mechanics and architecture," he said.

Kasubdit Rumah Susun Wilayah Il Ditjen Perumahan Adjie Krisbandono menambahkan, pembangunan IKN yang digang-dangdang pemerintah sebagai masterpiece harus didukung dengan hunian yang terbaik untuk ASN dan Hankam.

"With the support of quality assurance from the Directorate of BTPP, we hope that ASN and Hankam will get safe and comfortable housing," he said.

For your information, the Ministry of PUPR reported that the physical progress of the basic infrastructure work for the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) phase 1 totaling 40 packages has reached 77 percent so far.

"There are two stages of work in the IKN infrastructure by the Ministry of PUPR. For stage 1 of the contract work package before March 2023, as many as 40 packages worth almost Rp. 25 trillion, the progress is currently 77 percent. He assessed that infrastructure development in IKN was focused on government office ecosystem projects.

The reason is to support the implementation of the Independence Day Ceremony of the Republic of Indonesia on August 17, 2024 at IKN.

"Because we are in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP). (Development is focused) on the government office ecosystem," said Danis.
