Schedule For The First Session Of The 2024 Presidential Election Dispute At The Constitutional Court, The AMIN Couple's Camp At 08.00 WIB
The candidate pair (paslon) number 1, Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar (Anies-Muhaimin) are scheduled to undergo their inaugural trial regarding the dispute over the results of the general election (PHPU) at the Constitutional Court (MK), Wednesday, March 27.
Spokesman for the Constitutional Court (MK) Fajar Laksono said the inaugural trial for the 2024 presidential election dispute would be held twice a day, namely morning and afternoon.
Fajar revealed that the Anies-Muhaimin camp is scheduled to convene at 08.00 WIB.
Meanwhile, for candidate pairs number 3, Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD (Ganjar-Mahfud), the trial will be held at 13.00 WIB.
"First, the preliminary examination, the agenda is to prepare the petitioner's application, so the applicant submits the main points of the petition in the trial," he said at the Constitutional Court building, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 26.
Fajar explained that the Constitutional Court also limited the seat quota of the parties in the plenary courtroom. The litigants, he said, were given 12 seats, including a spokesman to attend the Court courtroom. The 12 seats are outside two seats for principal.
"Each party for the applicant is given the seat quota 12, plus if the principal is present, two. The principle is the vice presidential candidate. So 12 are attorneys including two spokesmans there. Likewise, 12 parties related to the 12 attorneys, then the principal, the KPU as well 12, and Bawaslu as well as 12, "he explained.
Previously, the Constitutional Court stated that it would provide two principal seats for the applicants and related parties in the inaugural hearing of the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections on Wednesday.
The principal is the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair from Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD as applicants and Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka as related parties.

It's just that, said Fajar, until now his party has not received confirmation whether the presidential and vice-presidential candidates will be present at the inaugural trial for tomorrow's presidential election dispute. The Constitutional Court, said Fajar, has invited the litigants to attend tomorrow's trial.
"However, everyone, all those parties are here. We have invited them, we have called them," said Fajar.
