Almost A Week Mario Dandy Became A Convict In Salemba Prison

JAKARTA - Mario Dandy Satriyo officially became a convict after being executed at the Salemba Correctional Institution (Lapas). At least for almost a week Mario Dandy served his sentence from being decided, namely 12 years in prison.

Rafael Alun Trisambodo's son was executed after the Supreme Court (MA) rejected the appeal he filed.

"It has been executed," said Head of the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Haryoko Ari Prabowo, to reporters, Tuesday, March 26.

The execution process was carried out on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Thus, Mario has served 6 days of his sentence from 12 years.

From the photo received by VOI, during the execution process, Mario Dandy appeared to be wearing a gray shirt and black pants. He while holding pink documents which may be data on receipts as a resident of the Salemba Prison.

Not only Mario Dandy, but the prosecutor also executed Shane Lukas to the Salemba Prison. He is known to have to serve a 5-year detention period

"(Execution process) last Wednesday, (Lapas) Salemba," said Haryoko.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is known to reject the cassation filed by the defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo. Thus, the decision of the DKI Jakarta High Court (PT) was upheld.

Rafael Alun Trisambodo's son was still sentenced by Mario Dandy to 12 years in prison for the severe abuse case of Cristalino David Ozora.

"The verdict: reject the cassation of the public prosecutor and the defendant," reads the verdict of the Cassation Council as quoted from the Supreme Court's website on Friday, March 1, 2024.
