10 Years Of Debut, AKMU Finally Announces Fan Name!
JAKARTA - The duo AKMU celebrated their debut this year with something different. Almost a decade of career, they finally have the name of a fan group.
The name of this fan group was announced by YG Entertainment as the agency today, Thursday, March 21. They officially mentioned the name of AKMU fans as AKKADEMY!
AKKADEMY is a combination of two words, namely AKMU and ACADEMY. The meaning of this name is an organization that is the center of art.

They shared a poster of the school registration concept for AKKADEMY who will join the membership.

"We are preparing a series of projects to repay fans' love for AKMU and accompany them on a 10-year musical journey," YG Entertainment said.
"We plan to expand AKMU's story with artists, so please look forward to it," said the agency again.
At the same time, AKMU opened the registration for the official fanclub which began today, Thursday, March 21 through Weverse Shop.
