Goodyear Presents New Services To Offer Tire Add Exchange During Ramadan

JAKARTA - Goodyear Indonesia launched several new services to meet the growing needs of consumers, in line with digitization such as Goodyear eXpressTyres, an Official Online Store called Goodyear Autocare in the marketplace.

Goodyear with eXpressTyres, is a car tire service that makes it easier for consumers to change tires, take care of their vehicles anywhere and anytime when needed, with a fast process supported by internet-based technology that can be accessed 24 hours, mobile transactions, and home service.

"In accordance with our brand role, namely Technology Explorer, Goodyear Indonesia understands the importance of optimizing technology in the era of digitalization and the importance of collaborating to provide new services for customer convenience whose habit or consumer behavior changes according to technological developments. Therefore, we developed the Official Goodyear Autocare Online Shop to be present at Tokopedia and in collaboration with eXpressTyres," said President Director of Goodyear Indonesia Iman Santoso, in an official statement received on Wednesday, March 20.

In addition to the official Online Store at Tokopedia which started last December 2023, Goodyear has also expanded its network of offline distributors, so that consumers can more easily reach and get a variety of products.

"As of March 2024, there are more than 20 offline Goodyear Stores from Jabodetabek, Java, Bali, and Kalimantan areas that have joined our online store, Goodyear Autocare," he added.

In mid-March 2024, Goodyear Indonesia collaborated with the eXpressTyres mobile service, where the cooperation includes an eXpressTyres fleet equipped with tire balancing facilities, compressors, and tire replacements. With Jabodetabek coverage, eXpressTyres provides all Goodyear tires and home service measures.

In addition to the eXpressTyres and the Official Goodyear Autocare Online Store, Goodyear Indonesia has also re-launched the "Ramadan Trade-In 2024" which was launched nationally and supported by distributor partners and retail Goodyear.

Ramadan Trade-in from Goodyear Indonesia starts from March 10 to April 10, 2024, where consumers get discounts by buying at least 2 Goodyear tires, which is a direct discount when installing.

Of course, this program and every Goodyear tire purchase, will get collateral or warranty for damaged tire replacement, which is a flagship program, Goodyear Worry Free Assurance.
