Erick Thohir Appoints Nawal Nely To Replace Tedi Bharata As Commissioner Of PLN
JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir decided to change the composition of the company's Commissioners at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT PLN (Persero).
There was one Commissioner who was appointed to the GMS.
Eric Thohir decided to honorably dismiss Eko Sulistyo and Tedi Bharata as Commissioners of PLN. Furthermore, the GMS appointed Nawal Nely as Commissioner of PLN.
"The PLN extended family congratulated Mrs. Nawal Nely. We also express our gratitude for the contribution and dedication that has been given by Mr. Eko Sulistyo and Mr. Tedi Bharata," said PLN President Director Darmawan Prasodjo as quoted on Wednesday, March 20.
Darmawan emphasized that PLN is committed to continuing to provide the best service for customers and carry out energy transitions to ensure a better life.
PLN continues to be committed to carrying out transformations to provide the best and excellent service for all customers in the country. With the presence of a new Commissioner, we are confident that it will improve PLN's performance, especially in providing services to the community and carrying out energy transitions to achieve Net Zero Emissions by 2060," Darmawan concluded.
